Hey All,
I'm back from a fun PASR day at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the lower lot at 7:35AM and it was 14 degrees under mostly cloudy skys. Atomic Jeff was already there and we booted up and were the first to be scanned in at 8AM and on the first civilian 6-pack. We first skied a few runs on Challenge which had a little fresh manmade on the top and was nice and smooth. M-Bike Mike and Nastar Glenn joined us followed by Chippy, Root, Eugene, Sexkitten, BobLikesCats, Noxidee, Justo, Rose, Toast, Kragan and I'm sure some others. We all did a fun speed run down Paradise. Dreamweaver was also pretty nice. The best carving snow was on the top half of Main Street..nice grippy hardpack.
I skied/struggled with the top 2/3s of Barney Bumps..the bumps were so tight with some ice in the troughs..M-Bike Mike was really ripping up the bumps. Lazy Mile was also skiing well and Switchback was good initially but got scrapped off fast. We also skied a run through the park and there are alot of new features since the last time I skied through the Sidewinder Park more than 2 weeks ago. As the morning progressed it got more crowded and the liftlines increased. The VIP line had a short wait and the ticket checker was nice and let some non VIPs in the liftline who were rolling with us.
Around our 2nd to last liftride..Atomic Jeff told me that he spoke to Johann Buckley and we were in fact in the database from our speeding incident on Paradise back in December..this pissed us both off because Johann told Jeff last week he never put us in the Database. When I saw Johann at the top I gave him an earfull..I know I said something about butt-sex and some other expletives and he said that what I was saying was considered Harrassment..see this thread for more details..

After that me and Atomic Jeff were wound up..we skied a speed run down Paradise to Dreamweaver and a final run down Main Street. I left around 1130AM after 17 runs for 17,850 vertical feet. By this time the sun was shining and the temperature was up to about 30 degrees. The non VIP liftline looked to be about 10-15 minutes for the 6-pack...all in all a fun session..it didn't feel like a PASR day since ThinkSnow Greg wasn't there..and we didn't really ski with Bob and Sexkitten much. I'll be back tomorrow morning for fresh cord..
