Another great solo rip on the MTB this evening through the forbidden forest....

From the get go this morning the body was sending me subtle hints that I should maybe take a day off from riding but I wasn't having any of it and after completing a ton of chores around the house and popping some Motrin I decided to take a short casual ride on some of the easier trails in the area. Anyway, that easy ride turned into a fast and furious 8 mile loop with 1100 feet of climbing done in under an hour and a half.

While riding today I was focusing on being smooth, relaxed and efficient and low and behold I was able to clean quite a few sections of trail that have gotten the better of me lately. Anyway day 8 of consecutive riding was a success and looking forward to riding again tomorrow!
