Cant Find Any Pics...Please Help

Well while trying to post a sunset pic i hit something that started deleting my photos at a rapid pase. I freaked and by the time I shut off my computer i believe i lost many pics. I cant find them anywhere on my comp. PLEASE help me! Do you know of any photo recovery software or buisnesses that could help me out? Thanks

they are likely in the recycle bin. Look there.
Just about anything deleted can be restored by a pro but more often than not the crap is in the recycle bin.

Did you find them yet? A little more info might be helpful. What OS are you using, what program were you using when you 'hit something' that made all your pics disappear, did you shut down your computer or just turn it off?

Yea, more details. Sounds like you might have accidently hit the "delete all" button but where were you when this happened? Pulling the plug was probably the worst thing you can do.
