Check out the IPIX interior views of the Clay Brook units here:

:-o That's a rad looking pad. I mentioned this on the SkiMRV board. I really like the tannish-brown and classic blue doors with the black hardware. My only complaint is the contractor white walls. Some nice deep tones with that fat white trim would go a long way. Sweet kitchen too. When can I move in? ;)

I totally agree, Greg. It seems a shame that they go through the trouble of building and fitting a condo that's nicer than my freakin' house, then go with contractor white walls and no trim.
Especially when the doors and hardware are so classy looking.

I'm okay with the trim that's there. Kind of that classic wider board that's fit in without 45 degree cuts at the corners. It sort of goes with the doors/hardware. Simple, but nice. But man, needs some color on those walls. This is just a model unit so perhaps the other units will get better paint. I wonder how that's dealt with being fractional shares.

Gotcha.

I tend to get carried away with trim. Some crown and a chair/picture etc... rail would REALLY spruce it up.

Somewhat dark, flat colors would add to the colonial look nicely. Especially a dark wainscot or dark half under a chair rail.

The glare doesn't to it justice. In my humble and biased opinion (of course) it looks great and that is the feedback from owners and others who have seen it! Buy one or rent one for the night - you'll like it! the heated pool and hot tubs aren't bad either!

All units have at least one balcony or a patio if on the ground floor of the interior courtyard.
