In advance, apologize Greg if this is 'for sale spam' and violates the ethics of the forum, but time is of the essence as this starts on Saturday and is an unheard of deal.

The parents of a very good friend of mine in Washington DC made reservations for a condo that sleeps six at Mountainside Resort in Stowe for the 10th through the 17th. They can't make it, they will be charged for the week....BUT.....they can pay a $200 exchange fee and someone else can use the place. They'd rather see the place go to use for someone instead of being a total loss.

$200 total, that's right $28.57 per night, $4.76 a night per person.

Mind you, I know it sounds too good to be true. I called him back twice to make sure this was the deal and he said, yes, crazy huh? If it's not, I will feel like a complete ass, but I got to throw this out there for those folks looking for a once in a lifetime cheap deal for a condo in Stowe for this upcoming week.
