Crotched Mountain. - Bennington, NH

This was our 1st visit to Crotched Mtn. My friend Sully went on Wednesday, when I called for a ski play day Wednesday night he was glowing about the place so he went again. Bennington is a one and a half hour drive up Rte 202 for us.
We arrived at the mountain at noon. We had lunch in the brand new lodge and bought 1/2 day tickets at 12:30. The tickets for me and my 12 year old daughter set me back $59. We started out on some green circles then worked our way across the mountain skiing everything. All trails were open. This place advertises 100% snow-making and they aren't kidding. We never waited more than 2 chairs for the lifts. I don't think there were 150 cars in the lot..
It was cloudy, a squall blew through, and the sun came out. We experienced the full range of weather conditions.
We loved this place and will definitely be going back soon.
