black phantom was telling me yesterday to start using different balls on the bottom of my feet for achilles, hams & calves.....i been using a very hard black paddle ball type ball & a spalding thats not as hard for about 15-20 mins or so....it feels good but it also hurts:roll::spin:

no, just go to your local driving range, walk out onto the range and pick up as many as you want. They don't mind that.

i live in huntington village....a driving range? closest is farmingdale? there are no sporting goods stores in hunt village anymore....a golf store?

I don't believe that advocating theft is the right way to go. You can purchase probably anywhere.

You will be amazed at the results. You are also losing time.
