The only sports I watch are football and hockey, both rather infrequently. I used to follow football as a kid a bit, but I just don't have time to sit and watch sports right now. Baseball, basketball, etc. never interested me. Never been much of a team sports player either. I like solo sports like skiing, or head to head sports like tennis and raquetball. Haven't played much the past few years, but I can see the appeal of golf.

I used to be a total MLB nut as a kid. I still watch the Sox on NESNHD as often as possible, but as I got older, I needed to be more vicarious. The NFL has supplanted baseball for my favorite spectator sport. It probably helps that the games are only once a week for 22 weeks. Keeps it from getting boring. Hockey comes in 3rd with NBA somewhere around watching paint dry.

I also like watching sports that are rarely seen, Winter X-games / Olympics etc...

To watch: Skiing/Surfing/Euro Football (soccer)....this is all only if its on and i'm home/passing by. I wont make plans around a game or stay home specifically to watch. I really dont follow any of it either (meaning stats/players etc) I watch for pure entertainment..

To Do: Skiing, surfing, sailing, mtn biking, road biking, triathalons, windsurfing, waterskiing..

Rather do than watch, but like watching baseball, lacrosse (when I can), alpine skiing, football and sometimes if you can catch a good mtn bike race it's pretty cool.
Everything takes on a new shine with HD.

I'm not much of a sports watcher. If I'm home I'll watch football, don't really follow it too closely though...

i used to work for NBC Sports and we had to edit down NFL games from the snap to the tackle...the average game is 13 minutes of actuall playing time, yet the NFL/advertisers seem to drag it out for 4 hours....i have better things to do with my time.....

I feel the same, it hard for me sit down and watch commercials and the game. But I enjoy watching the strategy play out on the feild. I've been watching the weekly replays on the NFL network, at least they minimize it to about an hour.

I really don't watch that much TV anymore... I'd rather be outside having fun with one of my many hobbies or inside doing things that have to get done.

But I do enjoy college basketball especially during the NCAA tournament, soccer (during world cup), and rare snippets of stuff like WRC, X games, Olympics, etc.

Well....not having cable/sattellite/whatever....I don't gt to see much

After football (The Giants put the Fan in Fanatic), I would watch Hockey...any hockey...high school pee wee, whatever, and I like to play more than watch

That said playoff hockey is an event...sorry Bruins fans

The Mets are making excitiong these days...but there is only so much I can take

I would sit and watch an entire tennis match though

Hockey by far. In fact, going to Gutterson for the UVM/Providence game tonight-Go Cats!. Love going up to the Bell Centre to watch the Habs. If we're home on Saturday night, the tube is on Hockey Night in Canada.
Red Sox baseball comes in 2nd, and NCAA college softball playoffs come in 34d.
