I'd never eat shrimp from a a fast food joint..
Cheap shrimp comes from festering polluted ponds in the third world...

yuck...

So I grabbed the Sweet & Sour Shrimp from the coffee truck for lunch today. Then I remembered this thread I ate it anyway

Yeah, I wouldn't worry about eating shrimp. Something like 90% of Shrimp consumed in the USA is farm raised in Asia. I know for a fact that it's served in most of the top fine dining restaurants in Boston and NYC; don't trust what you read on a menu.
