Freecycle - Fischer 98's old school

Comes with bag and one ski pole (courtesy of adventures in fine skiing at Stowe).

This was when shaped skis were just being experimented with. A bit rusty edges, easy to clean up. Bases are fine (used for groomers only). Stiff ski. Free bag too. I'm guessing 10-15 YO. Skiing is a blur...

Get them before the man comes by in the white truck...

They never struck me as very comfortable. Rusty steel edges, delam, scraped up top sheet, holes and grease. More trouble than it is worth.

I posted it on our local Freecycle and this dad wanted them for his small children. :-o I had to write back and educate him. Last thing I need is him attempting to put his kids into them!

I wonder if harvesting the bindings would at keep least something out of the municipal incinerator . Hmm. If I did that some dude would try and mount them on water skis :-o Too many gomers in the world.
