Giordana Fusion Short Sleeve Women's Jersey
You needn't have a racing jersey stuck to your skin in order to look and feel sporty. The Giordana Fusion Women's Short Sleeve Jersey achieves this goal by combining TVX-3 fabric with a women's specific cut.
TVX-3, the third generation of TVX fabric, specializes in moving moisture away from the skin to the exterior of the fabric. What has improved with the third generation is the addition of micro-ducts on the fabric surface to aid in wicking. It is finished with a permanent anti-bacterial treatment to prevent or reduce untoward aromas.
The cut is the result of Giordana's Women's Contour Fit process. This isn't a men's jersey nipped and tucked here and there, but its own design. They start with a woman in the riding position and design the paneling to fit the form as they find it. The result is a relaxed fit that fits all the way through, not loose at the shoulders and tight in the middle. One of the features is the hybrid raglan/set-in sleeve design, where Giordana uses elements of each so that the shoulders fit comfortably. Another is the split waist, with the front hem supported by a light elastic and the rear hem finished with a firmer jacquard elastic to better hold the pockets in place.
The Giordana Fusion Women's Short Sleeve Jersey has a full zipper. There is a rubberized tab on the zipper pull to make on-the-fly ventilation adjustments easy. There are three rear pockets. The left pocket has a reflective tab sewn between it and the side panel. The Giordana logos are made of rubber and are sewn to the garment. Colors available are Black with White and Red with White. Sizes run X-Small to X-Large.
