I just read a post by NYCskier that said Kmart will announce their season pass prices by mid June. Lets have a contest and see who can come closest to the price. You're guessing on the top end adult no blackout dates pass.

I'll guess $750.

its been stated that pass prices will be "competitive" with the other local area resorts...

I hope not Stowe competitive, but more like Snow or something...

Only time will tell...doesnt matter much to me as I will be spending over $1000 on mine for Alta/Snowbird...I wish I could get sub $1000....

Oh welll...

$849 early no black outs; $1250 no black outs later

I also think (or at least pray) they will have a 14 day blackout pass in the $400 range.

At the very least I hope they offer some kind of renewal deal to fmr A41 pass holders at similar rates.

I'll guess low...$449 with lots of blackouts, maybe between $250-350 for weekday, and $699 for no blackouts.

As far as the inside info thing

the fact that the Waffle Haus is not owned by kmart and is, in fact, at several NE resorts is not exactly inside info.:wink:

Umm yeah did you not pass reading comprehension???? Nyberg mentions the pass prices
"they will probably offer something competititve to the surrounding mountains. He said he was surprised at the price of the Sugarbush season pass and that he thought that was a bit high for one mountain."

Yeah so...I dont mind smart a$$ comments from time to time but really man....it was all right there in the link I provided and since NYBERG is going to by running that portion of the mtn...I think thats PRETTY GOOD INSIDE INFORMATION.

Thanks again.

SkiDog...no disrespect intended but I lurk on kzone and was already familiar with the post. For me, the comment "competitive with other surrounding mountains" sounds more like a PR sound bite then any real clue as to what the prices will be.

yeah, other mountains could be stowe.
