My wife and were blacked out this weekend, so we took a ride over to Harris Hill. We're fortunate in the fact that it's only a 5-10 minute drive from our place. We parked at Grafton Cheese; you can also park over at the Retreat. They have school buses shuttling people back and forth. We took the bus there, walked on the way back.
The event was a blast! Seeing this live was really cool. It's amazing how far these jumpers go. Longest jump of the day was 97 meters. They had a bunch of vendors there; food, beer & schwag...all that good stuff. Fish from KVT was there announcing.
All in all, great time. If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend checking it out. The event takes place every President's Day Weekend; Saturday and Sunday.
