Looks like I have 2 parties looking at the unit next weekend after posting it on craigslist. Hopefully one of them takes it. In 2 weeks I leave NYC for the South. I cant wait for Winter. It seems that amongst the hostile and wise ass comments there are a couple of pretty cool people here. Thanks.
