my son is part of a high school robotics team and they recently qualified for the world championships in Anaheim CA. The team is only in its 2nd year of existence, running on a tight budget ($1K) competing against other schools in New England who have budgets up to $80K.
i know some people who post here on AZ work for large companies and some of these companies actively seek out sponsorship opportunities in the public schools. if anyone knows of a program i'd appreciate a heads up. i'll pass the info along to the school who'll contact them to beg for $$
