Should have just left the lift that was there which was perfectly fine.
Didnt they sell it off because they needed the money when the old regime imploded ? I guess their financial situation has stabilized ? Also if they are looking for a reliable mid-mountain lift for days when the bubble can’t run, wouldnt it be better to install a fixed grip ?

It was deemed unnecessary after the new barnstormer went in and nobody ever rode it. It also supposedly needed a lot of work (although not too much work for it to reappear at one of the other ski areas managed by the person who convinced them of that)

If the weather is "funky" guessing the reality is the majority of their membership will either not venture out or use the likely Epic Passes they all likely have a few miles up the street at Mount Snow
