Mountain: Hunter Mountain

Weather: Mostly cloudy, sunny breaks, mid-30s

Conditons: pp, hard pack

My son and I made our first ever trip to Hunter. Arrived in the parking lot around 9:40. booted up in the empty lodge and got on a chair just after 10.

Don't know the mountain well but we skied just about everything that was open except for the double blacks. Mountain was in good shape considering it is still November. There were bumps to be found in a few places. Some soft snow on the sides of most trails. Was worried about crowds but didn't wait in any line for more than 5 minutes.

Would like to go back again soon when there is more snow and more trails open.

wrapped up around 3. good day of skiing :)
