A friend of mine sent his teanage son to Windham this weekend with a friend. They thought the ticket prices would be around the $45 range. It turns out that Windham price for a lift ticket over the age of 12 is $55 for the weekend. Hunter's young adult price for ages 13-22 is only $48. In this case Hunter is $7 cheaper. Another positive for Hunter is todlers ages 6 and under are free where Windham gets $10 for the little ones. In Windham's favor, Windham's junior (7-12) tickets are $30 for a weekend and Hunter's Junior weekend price is $36. Fortunatly both Hunter and Windham both suport the 4th graders ski free.
Buyer Beware: each ski area seams to tweak their prices just a tad to differentiate themselves from the other resorts. I guess they call that marketing.
