Plattekill was the place to be this weekend. Good coverage on everything. Trees were a little thin but defiantly worth it.

Off limits by who? The trees and "closed" trails were today's R'sOTD. Snowed all day...still coming down. Tomorrow is going to be a rockin'.

Me and the wife hit Platty today and it was skiing very nice today, even the woods, ok so I bottemed out a bit in the woods, but nothin major. All the stuff off the double was sweet and natural.

No I was going but couldn't fall asleep so I went Elk which was an easy drive without sleep, thinking of Platty on New year day if I can come up with the funs.

Keep 'em pointed downhill and you hit bottom a lot less. Today was super sweet at Platty. Everything was fair game...a light and careful touch was required in some spots in the woods...but it was still knowing this evening and some more snow is expected this week. It really feels like winter of old. Hopefully a good sign for the rest of the winter.
