Jay Peak Expansion?

Ok, Jay Peak updated their website and hasn't posted this years trail maps. My read into it is that they finally expanded the 'proposed ski area expansion'; however the aerial view doesn't show that much other than some additional glades...

Has anybody heard anything on this?

That image on TerraServer is from 1997. They have not added any trails in that area yet.
A few weeks ago I worked up some demo maps of what the new trail layout might look like.
