I will echo that... this year's site is a dramatic improvement compared to last year. The gripe against Flash is solid, though. As a web master myself, I find Flash can really limit your audience. Not sure how Flash appears on hand held and portable devices but I can't imagine it is a very good content delivery mechanism. People with certain browsers or without the latest version of Flash can really be put off when they can't access the page (case in point here). Accessibility should always be top priority with web site design, especially a business web site, so as not to loose customers due to older software. I went through this when I switched to Linux before I got my browser configured (which took months of being fummed at web sites due to Flash issues). No problem on your thoughts-I'm happy for it. Not sure I'm on the same page with you with respect to last year's site, but still...
I think the Bill Stenger introduction is funny... but I think people familiar with Jay will get it because of how involved Bill is. Those not familiar with Jay will say WTF is that dude doing... where is the web page already!!! Glad to hear the interactive map is getting reviewed and I will be excited to see trail/lifts listed out without having to look at the interactive map. Looks like some growing pains... but overall this site is 100% improvement compared to the last site. The quick reference on the conditions/weather took some getting used to but I really enjoy having quick access right from the home page via drop downs.
