A minute from the Alta exit off the I-15!
Time Skied: 10-5
Weather: AM: low 20s, light snow, wind
PM: upper 20s, snow, wind
Conditions: powder and chopped powder with ice underneath.

I parked in the middle lot at 9:30 this morning after a 3 hour drive which normally takes 2. There was light snow in the morning, heavy snow at 1, and then a steady snow till I left at 5 for a total of around 4 inches. Lots of blowing. North and Upper Glades were sheets of ice, while Jericho, Whitetail, and the rest of the front were powdery. Jericho was by far the run of the day. Lapped it half a dozen times when it was near whiteout conditions between 1 and 2. The trees to the skiers left of 360 are awesome . Plenty of coverage all around. Lifts were ski on.

Mount Snow tomorrow.

Glades and Jericho sounded epic, however I think today will be better for you at Mount Snow. They got a foot and a half of snow. You won't see any ice with that amount of snow!
