had to pinch myself to remind myself it was still november. great way to close it out. east fall was skiing nicely early. excellent groom of the new snow. thought highline was a bit of a mixed bag. mostly good but some icey spots ... the snowdon runs all skied nicely - chute, upper bunny, mouse trap. even nat trails like upper flush & great bear were better than expected ... the real action was on supe. maybe a 20-gun salute. a bit wet but the best bumps i've skied so far this season. really nice when the guns were turned off later in the afternoon. skye lark was good except for one very wet gun. ski on all day.

Sounds good, planning on being there Thurs. Be nice if they get a few more trails/sections open between now & then. Last day I skied was the day they opened Superstar chair (Nov. 14).

I was there today too. Extremely pleased with Big K's early season efforts this year. Conditions were nice all around. Some scraped off sections but very few until late in the day and like skiadikt said a couple wet guns but that's really just nitpicking. It was warmer than I expected but if the sun had stayed out into the afternoon things would have softened and it really would have been exceptional. Never waited more than a couple minutes in the gondola line either, and no lines anywhere else. Killington has really stepped up there game. Can't wait to go back!
