Kodak Playsport videos

whats the best way to upload video from Kodak Playsport to the net/email to share with friends, grandparents etc.....we had the Flip which has Flipshare which was fantastic....i want to email video but dont want to crash others machines...what do you all do?

Post it to youtube,vimeo, or facebook and email them the link. Not cool emailing a vid file ...

That's what I'd do. I believe Vimeo still has the option of downloading the original file, if desired, too.
