Lake CX300 Superlight Road Shoes - Men's

WHI.jpg

The CX300 Superlight Road Shoes have been designed with all the thoughtful details and fit present in Lake's custom shoes. The main difference is that the CX300s were constructed from synthetic as opposed to kangaroo leather.
Starting at the uppers, the Tektile microfiber is not only lightweight, combined with NuFoam, but it easily conforms to your foot for a near-customized fit. It is breathable, wicking, and antimicrobial. The lining of the shoes was sewn from TekDry, which is a carbonized bamboo that is also wicking and helps pull moisture from the inside of the shoes. Additionally, it is also antimicrobial so that the growth of bacteria is inhibited " which keeps odors away.
Comfortable uppers are for naught if your power transfer to the pedals is less than stellar. For this reason, Lake used a two part system to optimize foot position and pedaling. The CFC Race Last is shaped to place your foot into a position that assists with direct power transfer to the pedals. Additionally, Lake used a 100% carbon fiber sole with an integrated heel cup that cradles your foot and supplements this transfer of power. The CX300s use three hook-and-loop straps to secure the shoes. An instep strap holds them tight against your arch for optimal support.
The Lake CX300 Superlight Road Shoes - Men's are available in whole and half sizes from 39.0 to 46.5 and in whole sizes 47.0 to 50.0. They come in the color White/yellow and are compatible with 3-hole road cleats.
