I like the one of the fine young lady supporting her body weight on her hands and then placing her legs over her elbows. I think its pic 18 or 19. That is a serious yoga move and requires tremendous strength and flexibility.

Good point. You should see my sorry a%$ trying to do some of those hand stands. Actually, I hope none of you want to see me do yoga.

There's a visual I didn't need. Anybody got a bottle of MindBleach (tm) handy?

Sorry for that. But I do encourage everyone to take up yoga. If not for the physical and mental benefits, do it for the visuals! The last class I attended was predominately women. 4 of which were dancers. Even though you get married it can't hurt to appreciate your surroundings.
