I'm standing up to swiss cheese brain.... and admitting that I have totally lost track of what was sold, transferred or changed management in the last 6 months. Too many issues past count and too many issues in front.

Attitash and Snow went to Peak Resorts.

K and PICO went to Powdr/SP

Bretton Woods went,,,, to whom?

Am I the only one lacking a roadmap?

I think it was the hotel and the ski area. Basically everything but the cog. Bvibert where are you? BW1 popped in on this plus the marekting director of BW as well, just can't remember details.. Different company than Loon /booth creek and its partners, but some of the same people.

Here's the Booth Creek/CNL deal which affected Loon.

Bretton Woods deal, both the hotel and the ski hill were owned by the same company and sold together as well.

Even tho BW and Loon will be owned by CNL because Booth will still be managing Loon there will be no relationship between the two

I mention the Tenney deal cause the company that purchased it chose to not open this past winter. It was purchased 2 years ago by a Jersey company that developes and operates big truck stops...can't remember the name.

Ragged sold...http://www.snowjournal.com/page.php?cid=topic11291

Small but interesting deal. The principal owner of Powdr purchased RSN along with a couple of his buddies. Waiting to hear whether it will be moved out of Portland...kmart perhaps?

That's all I can think of at the moment other than the ones already mentioned.
