Sorry if this is annoying and/or uncouth, but we can;t use our place in Londonderry this year because of a our baby/moving to the burbs schedules. Anyway, about the house:
The house is an 18thC white farmhouse with green shutters on just under 8 acres with ponds. It has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8 comfortably - 4 twins, double and queen) with 2 1/2 baths (one upstairs with full tub and shower, the other upstairs with shower, powder room downstairs). It has a living room with wood-mantel fireplace, dining room and eat in kitchen. As well, there is a mud room and a large non-insulated room with wood stove and ping pong, darts, VCR, ring game, etc.... There is also a
large barn on the property which can fit 3 cars.
The house is ideally located 8 miles to the Stratton Access Road, 8 miles to Bromley, 11 miles to Okemo and 1 mile to Magic! There is also an excellent Nordic Cross Country ski center right around the corner. There is plenty of room on the property for snow shoeing, and ice skating on the ponds.
