Minimooning at Tremblant...any recs?

Hi y'all - infrequent poster but through lurking around I've been able to gain some great tips from people here for prior ski trips. This time around, fiance and I are getting married in 2 weeks and headed to Tremblant right after for our minimoon (4 days total, Wed-Sat). We'll be staying at the Fairmont and got some nice dinner reservations (we figure this trip is worth going *almost* all out for!) but I was wondering if anyone had good recommendations for runs to target.

I'm a lifelong skier but with a terrible back for someone entering their 30s, so I like to stick with groomers and avoid bumps. She's a relatively new skier (first time she was on skis was with me 3 years ago). She's able to ski most greens and I've gotten her to ski some easier blues at smaller places like Wisp in MD but also at Okemo. For her, it's more so overcoming longer or steeper trails mentally as opposed to not having the skill yet.

Any insights on good trails for either of us would be greatly appreciated! As well as any good bar and apres ski recs. We've seen many suggest Caribou but wondering whether that's worth it and/or if there's other good options.

No specific recs but there are plenty of blue groomers. Tons of them on the front side. Just wander around the village plenty of spots to find. I always liked the crepe place for breakfast on the last morning before heading home.

Tremblant is romantic but I would consider Quebec. Stay in the old , walled city and drive out to Ste, Anne for some skiing. Tres romantic.

Agree on the Quebec City zone being a better overall experience. Tremblant is absolutely worth a visit but don’t go during weekends or Canadian holidays unless you hate yourself.

well quebec city is extremely real and tremblant is extremely fake. its like comparing old paris to the france exhibit at epcot center.

tremblant can be quite nice and fun tho, so long as weekends and holidays and their hordes are avoided

i prefer to park at north, but i view the village with disdain. north is a parking lot next to a base lodge and two lifts. south is epcot center.

some lovely tree skiing, all marked and on map basically. sounds like thats not your style tho. plenty of groomers.

on the soleil side there is a 'trapper's cabin' which is a nice rustic mid mountain lunch/drinks spot.

the last day of your skiing on saturday will be markedly miserable compared to the weekdays, so consider not skiing. spa scandinave is a good sexy honeymoon type splurge - https://www.scandinave.com/mont-tremblant?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=organic

you better be spending the saturday night in montreal. best city in north america (that is not named new york). ive got way too many things to eat in montreal if you care for recs.

I see your Auberge le Cosy and raise you the place where we stayed on our honeymoon in 2010.

i stayed at the frontenac on an 8th grade trip

french was woefully under enrolled in my middle school. so the spanish class my year went out for paella and a spanish language movie, and the french class went to QC for 4 days. to lure students into the class.

TMI - got my first BJ on that trip. which was sort of whacky for 8th grade lol
