I'd just bring my own water in. They could take all the water out of the park if they wanted.

I guarantee you they were, or at least it's part of the MLBPA standard agreement that teams can make minor advertising arrangements like that, with some of the money either going to the players directly or into a legal defense fund, pension, etc.

I just read the article again and don't see the retraction. Where is it?
