The last day of Mohawk's season = free passes for everyone :daffy:

Cloudy skies and 37 degrees at the base when i arrived.

More grass than snow but Mohawk had about 10 trails open. I was hoping to get lucky and find a few bumps. Found them, not a lot or big but enough to have fun.

Only skied 3 trails today. 15 or so runs down Wildwood (where the bumps were), once down Timber and once down Arrowhead.

Snow coverage was not side to side but they did a great job grooming. On the trails i skied the base was plentiful, no bare spots or rocks to be found. Bumps on Wildwood were fun, not a continuous line from top to bottom but you could shift over easily enough. From what i could see the bumps were the favorite of all the skiers and snowboarders today. Wildwood seemed to be the most crowded trial.

I was there also from 10-2:30 skiing with a buddy, my daughter and her friend. It was great of Mohawk to open for the weekend, and especially nice the tix were free. Like you, we found the bumps on Wildwood to be fun, if not overly long. We also found a cool old style New England narrow windy trail on the other side called Pinnacle.

Kudos to Mohawk for getting the trails in decent shape. If that ends up being my last day of the season, it was an unexpectedly good one.
