From this weeks Deerfield Valley News- I'm pretty sure the holding pond they're referencing here would be about 1/2 way up Coldbrrok road where the old sand pit is. It's on the north side of Coldbrook road behind some old cranes and other equipment you can see from the road. Howe farm would just house the pumping station.

I gotta say, slick way to approach it. Very positive and upbeat. Spin, no spin, hard to argue the fact that the job gets done, and nobody gets hurt.

Cool, thanks for the article. Sounds interesting. I'd like to see what the inflatable damn looks like, I've never heard of anything like that before.

Well let's hope they get the damn (no pun intended) thing this time... I can't imagine trying to do such a thing nowadays.
