Beartrap was a lot of fun. They had some seeded bumps on Coopers Junction, but there was some type of event going on there in the AM. My wife and I were able to ski those Saturday.

We were there sunday AM as well, for the $59 8-12:30 ticket.
Most of the main mtn front face skied really nice. One trail over by Sundance was not so hot, but the usual routes down under the lifts were great.

The north face was not very good. We took one run down (can't remember the trail name) and bailed.

The new chair is really cool.

Bear trap was good today, and its 1900 burger, not 2100 burger ;-)

And on Sunday, the Beartrap Tower Speakers were finally changed from the Grateful Dead XM station for a change.

For all I know, they could have changed the station on Saturday, but with the 20 or so snowguns hammering away at Beartrap on Saturday they could have been playing Yanni for all I know ;-)

BearTrap was getting hammered on both days. I'm thinking that we should ask Mount Snow Management about passholders selecting a channel each weekend. FourSquare maybe?

I did ride up with one of the BearTrap lifties on Saturday (on a break). I asked him about where the XM/Sirius receiver was. He said he didn't know. But he was in a full tye-dye outfit.
