That department will fall apart without him there, that's too bad. Although good for him for getting out of there

He was a great guy and definitely a "glue guy" (the one that keeps it all together) for their snowmaking ops. A lot of institutional knowledge of that snowmaking system lost between him retiring and Kevin taking a Vail position.
