Any suggestions on the best way to break in new boots before skiing with them in agony?
They are the widest boot available and I have the same boot but a couple of years older. Liner is starting to go. Old liner in new shell is fine. However new liner is tight. It needs to pack out. I was looking for suggestions on how to expedite this process before skiing in them. Also I can not wear them of the shelf because my foot is wide and ankle is wide.
Fill them with turkey gravy then put them on. lol..

Nope, hate to say it, but beer is the way to go. Then heat them up real good, put them on and wear. The heat and beer will help them conform to your feet.
So, do you fill the boots with beer or drink the beer. Either one should work fine for reducing foot pain.
