New Lift At Loon

For the most part not for us 'commoners', this lift is part of the South Peak expansion at Loon. Home/condo owners whose property is below the Lincoln Express, this lift brings them up to its base.

Looks to be a brand new lift. Do you think people will beat the doors down to buy these lots? Still about $500,000 each?

They are a little bit cheaper, median is about 360K. Don't think they will sell as fast as five years ago. We'll see!

Just as co-broker, South Peak Resort has their own sales team. I wish we were exclusive!

Like the condo lift over at spruce peak stowe. I'm gonna ride that thing just to say I did. Not much of a run, but I'll bet there will be a free mint on the charilift seat!
