I've always blown it out on NYE, used to travel (been in Berlin, Boston several times, Montreal)... in recent years we had huge parties at our house.

This year the wife is pregnant so we are taking it easier... just gonna go to a friends house. We rarely make it to midnight anymore.

Friends house for a party with adults and kids for the 4th or 5th year in a row, pretty low key.

headin down to Alma's Only Bar (A.O.B) for some live music and some drinks. Meet some of the crowd around here...better keep on my best behavior.

wife taking me to diner at center street bistro for their NYE Dinner. made reservations for 8:30, both of us taking naps so we don't fall face first in soup!!

This was the first new year that I worked through, got off of work at around 12:40am. We usually do something mellow at home otherwise.
