..Fwiw,
Until we get the white stuff, if anyone gets up into Maine with their kayak...and would like another paddler, feel free to PM me. Nailed a great price on a nice fast flatwater canoe. I just need a couple weeks to take off the aluminum gunwales and replace with nice wood rails...and I'll be set.

Sounds fun Steve. I hope to get up that way a few time before winter but looks iffy.

The River folks are doing a camping outing somewhere in Maine on the 18th. The thread over there said the 11th, but it was moved back to the 18th. You know some of the players. I know its on a lake.

hmmmm.....

Thanks BobR...
That would be interesting to check into, but next weekend's taken by a trip to No. Conway and later....a visit to Jeff's shop on Sunday for a little back of cuff work!....
btw: ....found a steal on a pair of 8000s with not much usage(as demos) over wkend...with immaculate Look Demo(flat!) PX12s.
True they were demos and may be a little softer than a new pair, but at their longer length(than my previous 8000s) and my expert tuning ability:lol: they're the other ski vs the iM82s....to find which works better for me.
