Skiied on the light gear this afternoon. A 1-4 session gave me time to snowblow before the wife got home. Snow was granular, but very tiny and light. Not smoke, not sugar, somewhere in between. Medium density, steeps were skiing better today. Did one top to bottom, then lapped the last pitch of maybe 200 vert 5 more times. By 4, things were getting real good and it has not let up since. Prolly 9 in my yard now, prolly get a foot in the yard.
BC tomorrow with a few friends, natural virgin snow should be real real deep and good.
