Find yourself at the base of a ski mountain with your buddies and run up the hill
GO at least 10 lift poles up traverse accross the trail zig/zag to the base
Hop on the Mtn bike and hit the bunny slopes all the way to the top of the lift/ ride down the access road
Go to the Base Lodge and do twenty squat/leg thrusts in front of a huge picture window
Flex the arms
"Arg Ahh we pumped yet Ahhh"
Grab a six pack Get home in time for the Kickoff
