MG PP, somewhat firm but still pretty soft overall.

Course was on Twister. Straightest start I've ever seen. No real turns for the first 3 gates. Bizarre, since you usually traverse across the trail for the first gate. Got a little bit turnier 4-5th gate. Green course seemed quite a bit tougher than yellow for us. A bit chilly. The race started early (like 5 til according to our watches and the clocks in the lift shacks). We frantically got into place, Seth missed his gate time and spookman narrowly made his pairing with me. I imagine the pats crew was chilled as well and wanted to get things moving. Minimal attendance, spook nearly missed the second gate time by taking a woods break. Solid performance by the team on a night where simply showing up made a big difference. We heard ga2ski before we saw him finish the second run, I guess the gates got tired of him bashing and bit back. He finished 6th overall raw time, contributing a dominating 9.29 pts to the team average. Scott is much faster on ga2's gear (team hammerhead!), jumping up to 2nd in pts for the team. Seth as usual was totally solid, placing 8th in raw time. skibum9995 silvered both runs, if he wasn't such a youngin his points would be right up there as well. spookman smoked me second run (when I sucked) to pick up 5th for the team. One of these days we'll need my 5+ pts. Will is putting up respectable numbers for a knuckle dragger as well.

Team placed third on the night, moving up to second for Mondays.

Nice schwag at the bar again, smutty t shirts >>>>>>>>> coors light rags. The grill was nice too. At some point we've got to get luckier with the raffle stuff!

Vlads team, ESA Comets, had 3 '0' scores for last night. :-D Hurt the team score something nasty, however, I had the fringe benefit of a few personal lessons after the race.

An example of what happens when 4 of the guys on a given team go out west to ski together every year. LOL

Coming into the fourth to last gate, it was either shin the panel to make it or DNF. Well I hit it and it somehow bounced backed up and hit me square in the back. And yes I was screaming like a little girl. Not hurting now, but I'm slow. My guess is it will hurt just in time to have to snowblow tomorrow.

Great job guys. I guess we need some turnier courses on Twister in order to slow down the other teams.

We have to watch for the Pulse now that Twombly is back.
