It was a nice night for skiing, warm temps and soft snow. I showed up early and took some runs with Bob and his son and then a couple more when they went in to get some food. The rest of the crew rolled in a little later than usual but we still had plenty of time to check out the course. Ga2ski is at Sunday River and didn't show. Blue course had a nice set and I really enjoyed it although it seemed to catch a few folks off guard near the bottom. Red was a more difficult course and I botched it near the end getting to low. We missed Ga2ski's tele points but still got 2nd for the night and stayed in 1st overall.

3rd - tree_skier 8.42
11th - Bob R 7.63
14th - Scott 6.57
17th - skibum9995 5.97
35th - roark 4.13

Sorry I missed out...I think I'm done with night skiing for the season.

Congrats on the results. Was the race course on FIS? It seems like the course on Twister isn't too popular.

Yes, on FIS. We're not big fans of racing on Twister, they tend to set up a course in sync with the name.

I finally got a silver.

Next week we will race on both Monday and Thursday.

Forgot to mention that next week we will be racing on both Monday and Thursday to make up for our lost week. Finals will be the Thursday after that, 15th I think.

I finally got back into the gold division. I still will race as a Silver finalist in Steambaot though. Late back into the game.

We all seemed to do well with points, but so did everyone else. Kind of impressive... IMO that we still finished 2nd last night. Ga2ski was enjoying his vacation. We need his points next week. Try flowers next time and show up.

We had more points than the previous week.

Ow Skied Wildcat today, Ya wildcat in the 40's and sunny.:daffy: My daughter qualified for the MDVC at Loon so mission complete. Geering up for Attitash tomorrow. Kids are bitten by the race bug.

Two nights next week.

FIS is more sheltered than Twister and skis nicer. It holds snow better....but is a bit shorter. Those glades, btw, are gnarly. They are the only glades I have not skied at PP.

Great job guys. Sorry I didn't make the 2.25 hour trip each way to make 6 runs at Pat's.

See you on Monday. Not sure when i'll arrive as I'll be at a Jobsite in VT. I maybe early or late.

BTW - the vacation was great. I did manage to get in a day of racing at the Mtn Dew Vertical Challenge at Attitash. I finially beat Bob in a course when we both finished. and no that does not include my tele handicap as there are not tele divison at the MDVC.

I'll be at Sugarloaf next week so I'll miss both Mon and Thurs. There is a very small chance I'll make the Thurs race but it's not likely. I'll try to get on later in the week when I know for sure.

This kind of sucks. I might bail as well. No way we can qualify tonight. Ga2ski, Tree_skier, Scott? What do you guys think? If we miss thurs as well, we won't even make the finals.

This is tough. You had such a strong start...

FWIW, I'm seriously considering next year if you are going to keep the team going.

Tell me how you really feel Dave. See you there.

I sent Pats and e-mail seeing if one or two nights get dropped. Wuss bags. I came back from vacation to Race.

I heard from Charlie. He is still not able to ski. He is thinking of he will be on his boards by the end of the month.

Charlie is such a wuss. I made it after T-boning the tree and even cracking the talon. How many weeks does it take to get over a moveable object.
