I heard from Charlie. He will make the event. Still up in the air if he can make turns yet or not. Roark is out so We need all to attend to get 5 racers to count.

Scott and I will be there. Not sure if I will have a "costume" now. I forgot to ask my parents to bring up my "old school" racing pants and sweater. I believe they are still on the hanger in our basement ski closet.
Also not sure if i want to embarrass the team with the tigger suit, let alone the GS suit.

I don't expect to be there before 5. But the earlier I get there the more time I have to recover from the shock of actually seeing skibum show up for a race.

I heard back from Pats computer Glitch. The one wher Zack's handicap is around 10 is correct. Makes us all look better I guess. Does not look like the Nastar page will be changed though.

Get over it, Scott, Roark, Skibum and I cost the team when we didn't make it every week. I'm fine with 2nd. If juneau hadn't twisted his ankle kickinga silly ball around we would have been blown out all season.

Bob - I'll spray paint a beer bottle gold and give it you. Or better yet maybe your son can give you one of his many turn-related trophies.:flame:

I thought Scott made it every week. Ow thats right he was taking one of your jobs.
No issue at all. What this is all about is they used the wrong handi cap. I sent you an e-mail with more details. Actually happy about all this.
I was glad Dave got a platnum metal.
If Scott has another finish like last week he will move up a division I would bet.

With them beating us last thursday they ended up in 1st place. No issue there. Even without Juneau they did well.

Last week was a make up week anyway. Hard to plan for a make up week. Dave is the upset one. He needs new clothes. Ya I like to win, but 2nd is better than last year.
If you thought I was still pissy. I'm not.

Juneau is way above us.

Looking forward to tonight, even if the weather is a bit off.

Too lazy to post a formal trail report, but the course was a blast last night with two jumps in the course. We didn't fair all that well in terms of team results, but I had fun. Skibum had our best finish, guess Treeskier and Bob just could handle their skis leaving the snow. Well Bob definitely could handle it as he preleased both runs resulting in spectular crashes to watch. Bob - hope you are okay.
Overall we finished 15th out of 19 teams and we only had three finishers (Skibum, Treeskier and myself).

Here are the indivual results: http://www.patspeak.com/results/fini.txt
Here are the team results: http://www.patspeak.com/results/fint.txt

Thanks for a great season, Hopefully I see you all at pat's next year and maybe even sooner.

Thankx for not busting me GA2ski. I am really beat up today. I did not sleep well. I hurt everywhere.
Negitive attitude to go with it.
If I even finshed 1 run we would have been in the top ten I think.

Enough of that.

We had a great year. Scott made the most progress moving way up in the rankings. Ga2ski was the most consistant high point getter. He challenged us fixed heel guys weekly. Best addition (and only addition) goes to Skibum995. Pretty turns. He made the Nastar finals.
Charlie made a visit last night. Seems like he will be back in the game maybe even this weekend. Good to see his smile.

Roark does not look like the same skier as last year. He improved alot. He has been bitten by ths ski bug big time.

That leaves Tree_skier. He won 3 nights I belive with his worst night being a 6th place finish.. The only night I beat him all year. Fantastic amount of points and even one Platnum metal finish. High end Racer here.

Me I win the slacker racer of the year. Never really did much. Had fun though

Ga2ski did the report. No issue on the format. I asked him for help. Did not have it in me to do the report today.

As for next year..
Same rules apply thsoe who were on the team this year get an automatic invite back. Registrations start in Sept. There are some who would like to join. Possibility of a 2nd team. time will tell.

Already expressed interest...just make sure if there's a second team that I go in the "slacker" division. I'll be a first-timer, learning curve will be steep.

Second team would be fun. I know I have on interested person here at work, especially now that he has moved to Manchester. Also My wife is interested especially after doing the mountain dew vertical challenge this year. If she races has alot to do with work schedule and my son. I guess someone should watch him while we ski.

Just leave him in the bar, just think in a few years he can carry coats for us.
