I Posted some more pictures of skiing at Killington on October 31st 1992. There are also pictures of October snowmaking on Superstar and Snowshed.

Killington was implementing a new snowmaking strategy of burying a few trails at a time with man made snow, and then connecting them, as temperatures
and plant capacity allowed. They did this for a few years (1992 - 1994?) and you had to take a shuttle bus between the open areas ( a pain in the deriere)

Interesting strategy...I don't think we'll see such ambitious snowmaking efforts as long as ASC is financially insolvent.
