Anyone ever heard of playing Polish Horseshoes? Went to a neighbors get together and they were playing it. I did ask if there was a more politically correct name for the game but they said there wasn't.

Basically you try to hit the bottle with your frisbee, if your bottle gets hit you get points for hitting it, frisbee hits ground or bottle hits ground. Lotta fun, easy set-up anywhere, can use filled water bottles or beer bottles or stakes instead of ski poles. Hard to see in the photo but there is a bottle on a pole on the other side. Good way to polish your disc golf skills when the two Sugarbush courses do not open until the 26th.

I would have thought Polish Horseshoes was where you use your opponents leg as the target instead of a metal stake. ;)

No, that's Georgian Frisbee.

I thought Georgian Frisbee is where you shoot the horseshoe with your Kalashnikov... first person to hit both horseshoes without hitting the horse wins.

Bonus points for hitting the rider.

I'm so confused.

Which Georgia we talkin bout?

That's Georgian Pinochle. They started playing after the Azerian Uprising in 1825, when the Armenian elite outlawed playing cards (they were afraid the cards would be used against them in the old game Azeri Cornhole (later adapted to use beanbags), which involved some pretty rude actions when the 2 of spades turned up)

Do try to keep up, here.
