Never? Could have sworn we were on our laptops there after the Mother's Day 2008 weekend at A-basin while waiting for our flights. Must have all been Minneapolis then...

Nope. I'm in and out of Denver all the time. Denver doesn't have free WiFi. I've thrown money at AT&T from time to time to use their hotspots at DEN when I needed better connectivitity than I can get with a Blackberry. It also has very few electric outlets unless you are flying Southwest.

Posting on a flight now.
Frigging stuck on runway for 3 hours.
Missing my meeting in Chicago. Going to land and come home.
Crazy.

We've had the "posting from the throne" threads...have ever had one of these? Gotta love AirTran and the free Wi-Fi. We are taking the girls down to Florida to visit my Mom for a few days. Also I LOVE Westchester County Airport. We were literally out of my door, checked in, through security and onto the plane with the plane locked and taxiing (sp??) in literally 60 mins.

how was parking (availability) @ Westchester? have to go to DC for a few days and was thinking about flying from there but need to leave car for few days.

No... I should have flown in last night... I'm really pissed at myself... [color=redI never trust Chicago[/color]..

Yup, my travel smoothness anxiety level goes about about 500% when I see that the only itinerary that's going to work for my trip inclueds Chicago :smash:

I never trust Chicago..

A great city to visit. But that stuff they call "pizza" isn't. It's a friggin' greasy cheese pie with crappy sauce.

Now back to your regularly scheduled thread. :-D

Anyone been to Miami or Dallas/Fort Worth? How are those airports? We'll have a 3 hour layover at Miami and 2.5 hours at Dallas/Fort Worth shortly...

Miami - not bad, fairly modern facilities and usually pretty good delay wise, less the ocassional hurricane  or t-storm

DFW - Decent facilites, more than Miami - Summertime, kind of at the mercy of the thunderstorm there - if they're not happening that day - no big deal at all, if they're happening they can wreak havoc as they can get pretty nasty there.

Southwest has Wifi on some aircraft (only the 73G, not the 733 which fly on shorter routes). JetBlue does not currently have Wifi but is beginning installation in 2012. But, JetBlue has free, seat-back, satellite TV to keep you entertained.

Doesn't JetBlue or Southwest give free WiFi on their flights?

Jetblue has free direct TV and XM radio and movies on their flights (I'll be taking advantage of that in a few hours as I fly back from Bermuda to Boston this afternoon ;) :) )

Southwest charges $5.00 for WiFi unless you truly don't have a life and do 25 round trip flights with them to get to their "A-List Plus" status. I'm just about there and it's only June.
