My place in the Whites is on the market, but its up for a seasonal rental for the winter.

20 min to Waterville, 25 to Loon, 30 to Cannon 45 to BW and 1.5 to the River. 15 to Tenney
End unit 2 bedroom town house. Grills and outside fire pit at the base of a 60 ft waterfall.

A bit more info 10 owners on 10 acres of land. On a bus route so road is well maintained. Our association has the lots sanded regularly and the plow/sand trucks come by at 6.30 am usually on weekend mornings to make sure travel is easy. Land borders WMNF land. CC ski trails and snow shoe areas.

sounds nice! maybe try putting it on craigslist for several of the southern new england locations. really good deal, with such easy access from 93.

I can tell you first hand that this is a nice condo and the waterfall really is cool, literally right out the back door. If I was in the market for a seasonal rental or looking to buy a vacation place I would definitely consider this.

Thankx B. Roark has stayed there a few times as well. We did have an apres ski thing there after last years Cannon outing.

Anyway its in Deer run on alden drive at the end. The road ends at the townhouses/ Waterfall.

Yup, very nice spot. Convenient to the Loon, WV, Cannon. Especially good for hiking (ie out the back door). End unit is a +, and the waterfall is awesome.
