This thread reminds me of something. I should probably let this lie but what the heck, it was done in jest and ended up being pretty funny.

Many moons ago when the only ski forums that were busy were the RSN forums, I was a regular on the Sugarbush forum, of course, and being that the the Whiteface and the Stratton forums were very spirited and fun to partake in so I dabbled in those forums as well.

The Whiteface forum was banned and changed at least twice, we all blamed Ghostie but also knew he was not the main cause, I played a trick on everybody on that forum one time that until now I don't think I have ever owned up to. I made-up a username with some sexy sounding scandinavian name(just the name no provacative adjectives) and portrayed myself as a student from Sweden spending the year in the Lake Placid and was looking for info. I tried to come of as being very sweet, cute and totally naive.

OMG, I got so many posts in the thread I started, so many offers I was rolling on ROFLMAO. I think HPD offered to give me a personal tour of Whiteface....:lol: I deleted the name a couple of days later but what hoot it was.
