Due mostly to a change in school schedule we will not be taking our annual Presidents week trip to Utah this year. That being said we are now looking at the possibility of going on the kids spring break (the 2nd week in April, moved up a week earlier this year then usual).

Plans in the east involve an early Dec trip (maybe Gore or , Stratton or Bromley and Magic depending on snow). Somewhere in NNE MLK weekend. North Conway (Attitash, Cranmore and Black) on the now abbreviated Presidents Week break. Then a Cannon/Wildcat trip in late March.

When not on the road we will make the most of the Pocono house. That means Camelback where we are pass holders but also includes side trips to Elk, and some years Plattekill, and Belleayre.

Where do you stay in the Pokes? we rented houses in Pocono Pines area, Lake Naomi and Timber Trails. We were regulars at the Jubilee bar and Bailey's. I kinda miss not getting house for the season.

The Pocono house is in Arrowhead Lakes not far from Lake Naomi, Timber Trails. I hit the Pub in the Pines (Jubilee) every once in a while. Mostly hang at the CBK bar then shoot up Sullivan Trail to the house.

The plan is to do a bunch of weekend trips out of my friend's chalet in Madison, NH. We signed up for the 6 week Sunday all-mountain clinics at Wildcat. We're planning on taking a few Mondays off, and turning those trips into extended weekends. We've talked about getting at least a day each at Cannon, Saddleback, Sunday River, Attitash, Waterville Valley, Loon. We've discussed possibly doing a Sun-Mon-Tue trip to Wildcat, Burke, and MRG (for turn back the clock day)

Probably do a few bus day trips; hopefully mid week trips to Stowe and Sugarbush.

Last week in February @ the Alta Peruvian. Skiing Alta, Snowbird, maybe a day at Solitude.

I plan on skiing from the first sunday of lift serviced skiing in the area till mid may. Racing at Shawnee Peak, and skiing for 90 days this year. A few long weekends at the Loaf are also in the plans. Hope we have a good snow year. Also would like to do some hiking for turns in the spring.

I'm with Terry. I really wish I'd met he and George for some evening earned turned at Shawnee after they'd closed and want to this year...

As for the rest of the season... I don't know if I'll get 90 days in again this year, but that was great. I plan to ski every day I'm not working except for my honeymoon week in mid-Nov. We're skiing 10 days in Tahoe again this year. (Squaw, Heavenly, Kirkwood, Alpine Meadows) Plan to do more weekends at the Loaf. A couple in Vermont. Have scheduled a couple non-vacation weeks to just ski. Jewels has to work... Oh well! I want to finish the year at GOS.
