Taking girlfriend to Vermont from about the 28th to 30th. Seeing if anyone had or knew of any decent rooms in Londonderry/Manchester area. I know it's holiday and I can't be as "practical" as I am when I'm solo, so it will be a bit more spendy than usual --- assuming any vacancies left.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks man. Yeah King's joint totally worked for me the last time. Which is why I posted here....lots of helpful folks. Unfortunately, We won't be near S-bush, and we need to hang around southern Vt to hook up with family and friends as we hit Magic. We could stay at my bros place, but we kind of what to not impose and do whatever the hell we please.

Yeah man, learn to read before responding. He clearly said they were looking to stay in the Londonderry/Manchester area, which is not all that close to the Golden Lion...

Geesh, some dudes just don't know how to pay attention...

Seriously, I have nothing to add to this thread. I just couldn't pass up on the chance to call MRGisevil a man a couple of times. MRGisevil is the most feminine man I've ever seen...

Can you tell I'm REALLY bored at work.... ;)

Come on guys, you know it's a sausage fest in here for the most part. Most people assume I'm a dude. Perhaps a real avatar photo and not one of the Grinch (although, admittedly I am quite grinchy) is in order..... but, then again, anonymity does afford a certain amount of mischief...

The new avatar is much more clear... ;)

I never pictured you as the grinchy type...

I say stick with the anonymity, it's much more fun that way. :D

EDIT: I didn't mean to seem like I was picking on the OP, it is an honest mistake...

I can clearly see that is a silhouette of a chick with short hair...

I should probably stop hi-jacking this thread now. Doesn't anyone moderate this place??

Seriously, I hope someone has some useful suggestions...

In Dover, the Doveberry Inn is a great place about 45 min to magic.

I'll second this suggestion. Before we bought our place at Mount Snow we stayed here a few times. Very romantic, small inn, canopy beds etc and the best food I've ever had in Vermont. Not cheap but they do run specials every now and then that includes the room and dinner.
